Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information.
5.3 Refund Policy
Due to the immediate delivery of digital reports, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical error that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, contact us at support@aiawarenessreport.com within 7 days for assistance or a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the premium report (if applicable) or $100, whichever is less.

- Collection and processing of your assessment data via Anthropic's Claude AI API
- Use of analytics tools to improve the Service
- Storage of your report for customer support purposes

Upon termination:
